Brad, Chris and I went up to the fields today so they could take part in the Knights of Columbus Soccer Shootout. Brad finished tied for 2nd in his age group. Chris was on track to win his group when he pulled his groin and could not finish. He hasn't played since May and I was afraid he would pull something.

Brad will be playing down in Braden River Oct 19-21 for the Braden River Halloween Havoc Soccer Tournament. This will be our team's first tournament together. Hopefully they play well.

Soccer is starting

Brad is playing competative soccer this year. He tried out for the team in June. We just started training a couple of weeks ago. I'm the assistant coach. Brad and another player from our team played a couple of friendlies with the other U9 team against other clubs. They played really well. We are playing in a jamboree on Saturday against U10 teams from some other clubs. It should be a challange playing up. I hope we can compete.
